ABOUT YOUR SPARTAN HEAD COACH

Collins Stemler, CSCS

Head Coach and Founder of Spartan Strength & Conditioning

Collins, the founder and head coach of Spartan Strength & Conditioning, created the gym with a mission to bring back what’s often overlooked in the health and fitness industry—real science and professional coaching. His vision was simple: no fads, no gimmicks, just proven methods that deliver real results.

 

With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, Collins has held various roles, including Nutrition Specialist, Exercise Physiologist, Personal Trainer, and Training Manager. This diverse background has given him a unique perspective on the industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science and Human Performance and is a dually certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA).

 

Over the years, Collins has been mentored by and worked alongside some of the brightest Strength & Conditioning Coaches in the country. He has had the privilege of coaching NFL Offseason and NFL Preseason camps, NFL Combine Prep camps, and NCAA D1, D2, D3 athletes in Football, Track & Field, Basketball, and Baseball. His expertise also extends to working with MLB winter conditioning, as well as MMA and NHL athletes.

 

With 15 years of “under the bar” experience and over a decade of professional weightlifting and sports performance coaching, Collins has established Spartan Strength & Conditioning as the go-to place for the best strength training in Fort Lauderdale. His goal is to provide athletes with a gym where they can experience top-tier training rooted in science and delivered by professionals.
